Overview:
This subscription agreement offers non-perpetual licenses to primary and secondary schools looking for a simple and flexible subscription licensing agreement.
Agreement Terms:
The Master Agreement has no expiration date. Once a Master Agreement is in place, Subscription Order Forms are submitted for 12 or 36 months of license coverage and orders are placed annually.
Requirements:
The minimum entry level is 50 unit (number of PCs x number of licenses). There is a tiered price for non-perpetual licenses covering all institution computers based the number of PCs.
Eligibility:
Microsoft Education School Agreement is for primary and secondary schools.
Maintenance & Upgrades:
Customers are licensed to run any version of products, including product upgrades released during the subscription term.
Installation:
On entering the agreement, customers receive one complimentary Product Welcome Kit containing CDs for the key desktop products they order and receive CDs for corresponding upgrades that occur during the subscription term. Additional software can be purchased if necessary.
